Because these products are instantly delivered and cannot be returned, we follow a strict but fair refund policy.
1. No Returns on Digital Products
All products sold on Digital Fawad Edge are digital and instantly delivered after payment.
Once a digital item is downloaded or delivered, it cannot be returned.
Therefore, we do not accept returns for any digital products.
2. Refund Eligibility
We only offer refunds in the following rare cases:

If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
β Product Not Delivered
If you did not receive your digital product within 24 hours after payment and your payment is verified.
β Download / File Access Issues
If the file you received is:
- Corrupted
- Not opening
- Missing important parts
We will resend the correct file, and if the issue continues, a refund may be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:

β You changed your mind after purchasing
β You cannot use the product due to device incompatibility
β You already received the digital product successfully
β You shared incorrect contact information
β You downloaded the product and now want your money back
4. Payment Verification Requirement
Refund requests are only accepted if you can provide:

- Your payment screenshot
- Your transaction ID
Without proof of payment, we cannot process any refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours of purchase with:

- Order ID
- Payment screenshot
- Problem details
